Project management of the 2008 clean homeland program

Absrtact
The purpose of this project is to assist the EPA in managing and implementing the “2008 Clean Homeland Program”, which include: (1) organizing six meetings to examine the practicality and feasibility of the applications for EPA subsidy, (2) organizing two meetings between the EPA and the local EPB to discuss the progress of the project, (3) organizing 3 experience sharing conferences to promote environmental empowerment among communities, (4) publishing 4 issues of community environmental newsletter to disseminate community empowerment related news and knowledge, (5) assist EPA in publishing article in promotion of its achievements, (6) compile the publish the 2008 community achievement in the environmental development and to update the Community Environment Action Website; (7) performed public survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the project, (8) compilation of the community achievements.
